International Interactive Composer’s Collective
Performances and presentations of music and art by iiCoCo (the International Interactive Composers Collective). This inaugural salon will be an informal gathering of composers and artists presenting new work. iiCoCo is a group of international creative outliers in the arts and started with a core group of composers from Juilliard. It has expanded to include composers and artists from around the world. Composers and performers include: Nina Colosi, Maretha Davel, Howard Lieberman, Ray Lustig and Manicburg, Robert O’Connor and Lance Phillip.
iiCoCo was founded to discover, explore, and integrate new business models for the arts to support composers in delivering their works. Current hybrid approaches to music transcend traditional genre boundaries and how music is heard. Concerts now range from through-composed to improvised and in-person to streaming performances. New business models for the arts are coming into being. Composers now have new interactivity and collaboration options.
